GRAIN CLEANER / SORTER / GRADER
Emile MAROT aspirators separate the grain and light impurities and recover heavier impurities.
They can be used alone or in combination with a screened pre-cleaner or a straw separator.
The grain is fed into the machine through the hopper G and is spread out in an even layer using an adjustable damper.
Air is then blown onto the layer, removing lightweight impurities. A knurled feeder regularly conveys the straw product.
In the expansion chamber, the heavier products are deposited and are removed via an auger M while other residue are discharged.
These compact pre-cleaners are highly compatible with the receiving lines without hindering their capacity: 70 to 500 tons per hour.
