CFCAI is proud to announce the installation of a new LAW SBC8N continuous grain dryer in New Caledonia, more than 17,000 km from our manufacturing facility.
Beyond the technical performance of this new installation, the project has a special significance: it replaces a previous LAW dryer that operated on the same site for 28 years.
For us, this is the best demonstration of the quality, reliability, and durability of LAW grain dryers. Our customer’s renewed confidence is a testament to the long-term performance of our equipment and the strength of our partnership.
Designed for Performance
The new LAW SBC8N will dry up to 150 tonnes of maize per day, reducing grain moisture from 30% to 13%, while ensuring uniform drying, excellent grain quality, and optimized energy efficiency.
Designed to meet the needs of grain storage organizations and industrial operators, the dryer incorporates the latest technologies developed by CFCAI.
Key Features
- 8-section drying column with 1 reserve section for maximum operational flexibility.
- Rotary dust filters to significantly reduce dust emissions.
- Noise silencers and anti-dust shutters for improved environmental performance.
- Vigitemps® equipped with 8 temperature sensors for continuous process monitoring and enhanced safety.
- CFCAI Connect, enabling remote monitoring, diagnostics, and technical support directly from our factory in France.
