1 hot air plenum with glass wool insulated panels circulating hot air through the drying bays.
1 adjustable hot air generator, two-stage fuel oil burner, duct gas train or modulating forced air
1 pre-drying grain pre-ventilation system
1 pneumatic grain discharge system
1 standard control unit including:
- 1 PLC controlling the fan, burner, pneumatic extractor with proportional grain flow control for even drying regardless of inlet moisture
- Hot air safety, grain safety
- Grain level
- Handling control
- 1 dryer control and display touch panel with settings recall and alarm
- Connected to the Internet and GSM networks
Reduced dust emissions with dampers (optional) and rotary vacuum cleaning filters
