GRAIN CLEANER / SORTER / GRADER
Emile MAROT cleaners remove light impurities and separate the good product from broken product and heavy impurities.
These operations are performed by dual-action aspiration followed by rotary screening.
The bulk product is spread out in an even layer and is hit by an air flow.
The amount of removed light impurities is adjusted by the aspiration power setting.
Heavier particles are deposited in the expansion chamber and are removed by an auger.
Lightweight particles are eliminated (V) by aspiration. A direct outlet can be used to stop the process at this stage if necessary.
The grain then flows through a rotary drum with interchangeable screens.
The first screens eliminate the broken product and the next screens let the good grains through.
Coarse elements are discharged at the end of the drum.
The successive screens with varying mesh sizes make the equipment extremely versatile and usable with any type of crop, with capacities of between 5 and 400 tons per hour.
